About the Program

Launched in 2023, the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program has already supported over 1,000 young professionals across 22 African countries. The initiative is designed to empower youth with the experience, exposure, and professional networks needed to build sustainable careers.

 

Selected candidates will be placed in a 12-month paid internship with partner organizations across multiple sectors. During this period, participants will gain hands-on experience while developing critical competencies in leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship.
